Empowering Global Medical Professionals

Edge Plus programs are designed to address diverse learning and developmental needs, with a primary focus on equipping candidates with the expertise and “know-how” to professionally prepare for and excel in the Canadian board exams across key sectors: pharmacists, medical doctors, and nurses. Programs for dentists and veterinarians are coming soon. By integrating cutting-edge educational and training methodologies aligned with the blueprints of Canadian pharmacy and medical examination boards, Edge Plus emphasizes critical thinking, practical skill enhancement, creative problem-solving, and engagement with real-world case studies and dynamic question banks. This comprehensive approach ensures candidates are fully prepared to meet the rigorous standards of the Canadian healthcare system and enter the field with confidence and expertise.

Ihab K. Dimian

EdgeRenovo Board members exemplify three essential core competencies: integrity, creative thinking, and effective communication. These strengths empower them to guide candidates in crafting personalized, results-oriented plans that drive success.

STUDENT INVOLVEMENT & EXPECTATIONS

The LFME is designed to be active and participatory. Students are encouraged to go beyond observation and engage directly in supervised patient care activities such as:

  • Conducting initial histories
  • Taking vital signs
  • Practicing elements of the physical exam
  • Assisting with minor procedures (e.g., immunizations)
  • Observing and learning electronic medical record (EMR) documentation
Skill level varies among learners; supervisors are encouraged to gradually increase student responsibility based on competence and comfort. All patient encounters are supervised, and every patient must be seen by the supervising physician or resident before leaving the clinic.
